Ercol Butterfly Chairs
These beautiful butterfly chairs were in desperate need of attention and four of them had broken/weakened chair back supports. It's common for the laminated curved supports to fatigue and come apart over time, if used regularly. Ercol do not manufacture replacement parts and so I had to reproduce them from scratch, making a former and cutting my own wood laminations from beech wood.
The finished chairs are now strong for another 60 years plus.
